Cooking Cake Games

I love cooking cakes. I've been doing it since I was a kid. It's a great feeling.

Mostly I make cakes from scratch. I like to use a lot of fruits and flavorings. I got into it by helping my mom when I was a kid. She had an in home bakery, and I helped her with the desserts. When I got old enough, I started learning on my own.

After a few years I decided to open my own place, and I called it Cake Boss. It's a little shop I started out of my home. I wanted to do something I love to do and that's cake decorating. I like doing it in different themes. When I do a birthday, I'll do a cake with a cartoon character, for example. Sometimes I'll do a castle cake, but it all depends on what the customer wants.

Since I started Cake Boss I have been going to a lot of cake shows. There are a lot of cake decorating conventions out there. It's a good way to get ideas and learn new stuff. You meet people from all over the world and they share their ideas and techniques. It's a great experience.

Some of the most interesting cakes I've seen have been in Europe. I've seen some cakes with really detailed pictures. In America we are more into cakes with a lot of color and sugar flowers. I like a cake to be beautiful but simple at the same time.

I like the feeling I get when I do a cake. It's like a huge success for me. It's something I've always done and it makes me feel really good when someone gets excited about it.

I also make wedding cakes. I like doing that. It's a really fun job. I like designing the cake for the bride and then watching her reaction when she sees it. That makes me feel good too. I love to make people happy.

In the last few years I've done a lot of cakes for charity. I've donated cakes for people with cancer, kids with birthdays and other important events in their lives. It's a great feeling to be able to do that. I've had people come up to me and say thanks for the cake.

One of the hardest parts about cake decorating is getting started. When you first start you don't know what you are doing. But the more you practice, the better you get. If you practice, you'll get better.
